Patti Smith has been hosting an excellent series of short podcasts exploring the career of Bob Dylan. This series, now up to 13 episodes, has explored such themes as the Basement Tapes, Dylan’s Gospel music, and his favorite backing bands. In addition to the canny observations of Smith, the series features interviews with the likes of Garth Hudson, Suze Rotollo and John Hammond, along with comments from Dylan himself.
